This page sets out how we dispatch and deliver your order, and the protocols that apply to cancellations, returns and refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Utility.
Orders are processed and dispatched on a prompt, fully tracked basis. Once your order has shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with tracking details. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and confirmed in that email.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the point of dispatch. While we and our delivery partners work to meet them, they are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. If a delivery appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@rexodia.com and we will help resolve it.
Any shipping charge is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery destination.
Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country. Where they apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at hello@rexodia.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends.
Because our products are skincare formulations, hygiene and product integrity are paramount. For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to any product that has been unsealed after delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund, an item must be returned unused, unopened and with its original protective seal fully intact. Once a seal has been broken, the product cannot be restored and is not eligible for return. This protects every customer and is standard for skincare.
The hygiene restriction above does not affect your rights where something has gone wrong on our side. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@rexodia.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph where relevant, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim approved, we process the refund promptly; please allow a short period for your bank or card provider to complete it.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns are handled case by case: email hello@rexodia.com and we will confirm whether a return is required and provide the correct return instructions and address for your order.
